摘要
采用ER316L不锈钢焊丝,在Q235A低碳钢基板上进行TIG电弧增材制造成形试验,对成形件试样分别进行1 000℃×1 h和1 200℃×1 h的热处理,研究热处理对增材制造成形件显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,未经热处理的试样组织为奥氏体+枝晶状铁素体+M23C6析出相;经热处理后M23C6析出相发生回熔,随着温度升高析出相数量逐渐减少,导致热处理试样硬度有所降低。铁素体在热处理过程中逐渐转变为奥氏体,并且形态发生明显变化:1 000℃热处理后为条状,1 200℃热处理后为点状。对比未热处理和1 200℃热处理,1 000℃热处理后试样抗拉强度达到最高,其组织形态为奥氏体+条铁素体+少量的M23C6析出相。1 200℃热处理后主要为奥氏体组织+微量的铁素体和M23C6析出相,抗拉强度最低。
TIG arc additive manufacturing forming tests were carried out on Q235 A low carbon steel substrate using ER316L stainless steel welding wire.Heat treatment at 1000℃and 1200℃was performed to study the effect of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of the parts manufactured by the additive manufacturing.The results has shown that the sample without heat treatment was expected to be austenite+dendritic ferrite+M23C6.Heat treatment can remelt the M23C6.And the quality of the M23C6 decreased with the increase of temperature,which resulted in a decrease in the hardness of sample.The ferrite was gradually transformed into austenite during the heat treatment,and its morphology changed significantly:the ferrite exhibited a strip-like structure with the heat treatment at 1000℃,and exhibited a spot-like structure with the heat treatment at 1200℃.The tensile strength of sample reached the highest after heat treatment at 1000°C,and its microstructure was austenite strip ferrite+a small amount of M23C6.After heat treatment at 1200℃,the microstructure of sample mainly consisted of austenite structure,a small amount of ferrite and M23C6.And the tensile strength came to the lowest.
