摘要
实训教学是培养学生职业能力的关键所在,也是高等职业教育现代化转型升级的现实需要。而目前的实训教学存在方式较为陈旧、体系不够完善等问题,已成为高等职业教育发展的瓶颈之一。以订单班为主的产教融合方式能够将学校育人与企业需求有机结合起来,实现校企双赢,进而实现高等职业教育的社会价值,促进高等职业教育快速发展。
Practical teaching is the key to the modernization transformation and upgrading of higher vocational education,and it is also the practical need of the socialist social construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.However,the current practical teaching mode is relatively old and the system is not perfect,which has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of higher vocational education.On the basis of the reform path of practical teaching and the practice of the effect,this paper puts forward the mode of production teaching integration based on order form class to promote the rapid development of practical teaching in higher vocational education.
