摘要
目的对无痛胃镜在老年患者中的应用效果进行探究。方法选择医院收治的老年患者110例作为研究对象,选取时间段为2018年1月—2019年2月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组和无痛组,每组各有55例。采用常规消化胃镜对常规组进行内镜检查,采用无痛胃镜对无痛组进行内镜检查,对两组患者在检查中的心率、血压等指标和不良反应进行观察和比较。结果无痛组的舒张压、收缩压和心率等指标均明显优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组的不良反应率为23.6%,无痛组的不良反应率为7.3%。无痛组的不良反应率明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用无痛胃镜对老年患者进行检查,可以有效地改善患者的心率和血压等指标,而且不良反应更少。
Objective To investigate the effect of painless gastroscopy in elderly patients.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.The time period was from January 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into regular group and painless group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Endoscopic examination was performed on the routine group by conventional gastroscopy.Endoscopic examination was performed on the painless group by painless gastroscopy.The heart rate,blood pressure and other adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the painless group were significantly better than the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 23.6%in the conventional group and 7.3%in the painless group.The adverse reaction rate in the painless group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Examination of elderly patients with painless gastroscopy can effectively improve the heart rate and blood pressure of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions.
