摘要
高校教学团队大多是从学科的角度进行组建,以科研为中心进行建设,对专业人才的培养没有直接指导作用,为了让教学团队真正服务于教学,提升教学效果,提出从课程教学的角度出发,围绕课程和课程群建立教学团队的思路,给出教学团队的组建、工作流程、制度建设的方法和步骤,最后进行案例实践探索,验证该方法的可行性和效果,也说明这些方法和步骤具有普适性,适用于各类专业的人才培养。
Most teaching teams are set up from the perspective of disciplines and focus on scientific research in universities.There is no direct guidance for talent training.In order to let teaching team really serve teaching and enhance teaching effectiveness,gives an idea of establishing teaching team around curriculum.Designs method and steps of establishment of teaching team,workflow and regulations.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the feasibility and effect of the method.It also shows that these methods and steps are universal and suitable for all kinds of professional personnel training.
