摘要
伴随改革开放的东风,法律史学的前辈学者以强烈的使命感与责任感开风气之先,于1979年9月在长春成立了中国法律史学会。这是当时全国范围内第一个法学学术团体,也是近代以来法律史学科首个学会组织,其成立具有重要的里程碑意义。作为团结全国法律史学人的重要纽带,学会引领法律史学科已走过了四十年不平凡的风雨历程。法律史学几代学人一直秉承"大家的学会大家办"的合作精神与办会传统,戮力同心、砥砺奋进,在学术研究与交流、刊物出版、人才培养等诸多方面取得了长足进步,形成了"重学术、重开拓、重团结、重奉献"的优良会风,取得了瞩目的可喜成绩,为法律史学科的发展、学术的繁荣、传统法文化复兴、中国特色社会主义法治建设作出了重要贡献。
With the reform and opening up,the senior scholars of legal history,with a strong sense of mission and responsibility,set up China Institute of Legal History(CILH)in Changchun in September 1979.It was the first law academic group in China at that time,and also the first academic association of legal history since modern times.Therefore,the establishment of CILH is of great significance.As an important link to unite the scholars of legal history in China,CILH has gone through an extraordinary course of 40 years to lead the discipline of legal history.Several generations of scholars in legal history have been adhering to the spirit of cooperation,working together and forging ahead.They have made great progress in academic research and exchange,publication,personnel training and other aspects.They have formed a fine atmosphere of"emphasis on learning,development,unity and dedication",and have made remarkable achievements.This has made important contributions to the development of legal history,academic prosperity,the revival of traditional legal culture,and the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
