摘要
目的:了解中医药治疗黄褐斑领域的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。方法:计算机检索2000年1月1日至2020年4月30日发表在中国知识资源总库上的中医药治疗黄褐斑文献,经Refworks格式转化后,运用CiteSpace软件绘制相关可视化知识图谱,进行作者和机构合作网络以及关键词共现、聚类和突现词的分析。结果:本研究共纳入979篇文献,涉及我国31个省、自治区和直辖市;发文量排名前10的期刊中有6本为化学文摘、日本科学技术振兴机构数据库或北大中文核心期刊,前10期刊发文量累计百分比为28.90%;发表论文的作者分布较为分散,158位核心作者累计发文量仅占全部研究文献的38.51%;领域内研究主要来源于各省高等中医药院校,且有合作的机构大多存在附属关系,跨机构、跨地区间的合作较少。热点关键词为黄褐斑、中医药疗法、临床研究、外治法、辨证论治、针灸疗法等,共形成6个主要聚类;临床研究、中医辨证论治和机制探索是该领域的主要研究方向。结论:中医药治疗黄褐斑领域的研究发文量整体呈上升趋势,但存在区域发展不平衡、合作情况不乐观等问题,加强交流与合作,开展中医药治疗黄褐斑的应用性研究是未来发展的趋势。
Objective:To understand the research status,research hotspots and development trends of melasma treated by Chinese medicine.Methods:The literatures on melasma treated by Chinese medicine published in China General Knowledge Resources Database from January 1,2000 to April 30,2020 were searched by computer.After being transformed into Refworks format,CiteSpace software was used to draw the relevant visual knowledge maps,and analyze the cooperation network between authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergent words.Results:A total of 979 literatures were included in this study,involving 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of China.Among the top 10 journals,6 were CA,JST or Peking University Chinese core journals,and the cumulative percentage of papers published in the top 10 journals was 28.90%.The distribution of authors who published papers was relatively scattered,with 158 core authors only accounting for 38.51%of the total research literature.The research forces in the field mainly come from most of the institutions with cooperation have affiliations,and there is less cooperation between cross institutions and regions.The hot keywords are melasma,Chinese medicine therapy,clinical research,external treatment,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,forming 6 main clusters;clinical research,TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation and mechanism exploration are the main research directions in this field.Conclusion:The number of papers published in the field of melasma treated by Chinese medicine is on the rise as a whole,but there are some problems such as unbalanced regional development and poor cooperation.It is the future development trend to strengthen exchanges and cooperation and carry out the applied research on the treatment of Chloasma with TCM.
