摘要
目前,“1+X”证书制度仍处于探索阶段,高职院校在建设过程中,面临着教学资源短缺等问题。通过PPP模式,政府向优秀的教育企业购买相关教育服务,提高教育质量和效率,实现政府、学校、企业和受教育多方共赢的局面。本文首先介绍高职教育PPP模式基本内涵,然后论述高职教育PPP模式运用的价值和意义,最后重点说明高职教育PPP模式对“1+X”证书制度推行的作用,为职教新兴专业建设提出了一种新的思路。
At present,the"1+X"certificate system is still in the exploration stage.In the process of construction,higher vocational colleges are facing the shortage of teaching resources and other problems.Through the PPP model,the government purchases rele⁃vant education services from excellent education enterprises,improves the quality and efficiency of education,and achieves a winwin situation for the government,schools,enterprises and education.This paper first introduces the basic connotation of PPP mode in higher vocational education,then expounds the value and significance of PPP mode in higher vocational education,and finally fo⁃cuses on the role of PPP mode in the development of"1+X"certificate system,and puts forward a new idea for the construction of new majors in higher vocational education.
