“双高计划”背景下高职院校产教融合体制机制创新路径研究——以常州信息职业技术学院为例 被引量:10

On Innovation Path of Industry-Education Integration Systems and Mechanisms under the Background of " Double-High Plan":Taking Changzhou College of Information Technology as an Example

摘要 高职院校进入“双高”建设的新阶段,产教深度融合依然面临着制度性困境、操作性困境和实践性困境的困扰。基于高职院校产教融合体制机制的现状分析,主管部门、当地政府、行业企业等多种办学主体必须进行要素资源整合,实现政策制度、扶持资金、人力资源、科教园区的强强优化,做好配套制度的顶层设计、科研园区的科学规划、双主体学院的筹建等,努力在产教融合体制机制创新的重点领域与关键环节取得突破。 The higher vocational colleges are in the process of"Double High"construction and are still facing problems of industry-education integration in systems,operation,and practice.Based on the status analysis of industry-education integration systems and mechanisms in higher vocational colleges,main bodies like departments in charge,local government,industries,and enterprises should implement integration of resources to achieve strong optimization of policy system,supporting fund,human resources,scientific and educational park;maintain the top-level design of supporting systems,scientific planning of scientific and educational park,and the building of dual-body colleges to make a breakthrough in key areas and critical link of industry-education integration innovation.
