The Reconstruction and Virtualization of Innovation Network in Animation Industry Cluster Based on Internet Platform:Taking China,Japan and the United States as Examples

摘要打造基于创新网络的产业集群是长期以来世界各国培育动画产业国际竞争力的基本路径。而近年来Netflix、爱奇艺等网络视频平台的崛起,给现有动画产业集群的运作模式带来了直接的冲击,更给困境重重的中国动画产业带来了新型动画产业聚合形态和国际竞争力增长的势头。文章从产业集群理论出发,对美国好莱坞和日本东京动画产业集群在网络平台影响下的结构性变化进行分析,并对照我国动画产业集群的发展问题,研究作为动画产业全新技术变量的国内网络平台对我国动画产业集群创新网络的再造,以及动画产业由地理集群向虚拟集群转型的过程。这种基于网络平台的“增量改革”模式,有望使我国摆脱偏重产业园区建设的路径依赖,成为提高我国动画产业国际竞争力的另一重要路径。 To build an industry cluster based on innovation network has long been the basic path for all countries to cultivate the international competitiveness of animation industry.In recent years,the emergence of Netflix,iQIYI and other internet video platforms has brought a direct impact on the operation mode of the existing animation industry cluster.Beset with difficulties,China’s animation industry is facing a new agglomeration form of animation industry and the growth momentum of international competitiveness.Based on the theory of industry cluster,this paper analyzes the changes of animation industry clusters in Hollywood and Tokyo under the influence of internet platform.Comparing with the existing problems of animation industry clusters in China,this paper expounds that the domestic network platform,as a new technical variable of animation industry,reconstructs the innovation network,and transforms from geographical cluster to virtual cluster.This“incremental reform”mode based on internet platform is expected to get rid of the path-dependence of China’s industrial park construction,and become an important path to improve the international competitiveness of China’s animation industry.
