摘要
高新区是推动产业转型升级和创新发展的重要载体,开展高新区产业集群发展研究有助于了解其形成过程,促进产业集群的可持续发展。以广东高新区为例,研究分析了高新区对区域产业集群发展的作用机制,梳理了广东高新区产业集群的典型模式和主要成效,并围绕资源协作、产业协同、人才培养、制度环境等方面提出对策建议。
High-tech zones are important carriers for promoting industrial transformation upgrading and innovative development thus research on the development of industrial clusters in high-tech zones is helpful to understand their formation process and promote the sustainable development of industrial clusters.Taking Guangdong high-tech zone as an example this paper studies and analyzes the mechanism of high-tech zones on the development of regional industrial clusters sorts out the main effects and typical models of industrial clusters in Guangdong high-tech zones and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for deepening development around resource collaboration industrial collaboration talent training and institutional environment.
