摘要
目的:探讨综合护理对晚期癌症患者自我感受负担和生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2018年6月至2019年5月肿瘤科收治的90例癌症晚期患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组实施基础护理,试验组采取综合护理,干预前后应用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)和生活质量SF-36量表评估患者的自我感受负担和生活质量,并进行对比分析。结果:护理干预后,试验组自我感受负担各指标均明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组生活质量总分为(92.0±3.6)分优于对照组的(75.5±5.6)分(P<0.05),且生理功能、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能均较干预前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理模式可有效减轻晚期癌症患者的自我感受负担,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on self-perception burden and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer.Methods:90 patients with advanced canceradmitted to Department of Oncology in our hospital from June 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing care,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing.Before and after the intervention,self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)and quality of life SF-36 were used to evaluate the self-perceived burden and quality of life of patients,and the comparative analysis was conducted.Results:After nursing intervention,the indexes of selfperceived burden in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total score of quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group[(92.0±3.6)vs(75.5±5.6)points,P<0.05],and the physiological function,emotional function,mental health and social function were significantly improved(P<0.05)compared with those before intervention.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing model can effectively reduce the self-perceived burden and improve the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer.
