摘要
目的探讨消化道恶性肿瘤患者的生命质量及其影响因素。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究的方法,对10位消化道恶性肿瘤的患者进行了半结构式访谈,用Colaizzi法对采集资料进行分析。结果健康是生命质量最重要的要素;疾病导致了生命质量的下降;生理、心理以及社会功能的缺失等因素是患者感知生命质量下降的直接原因;疾病初期性生活在生命质量中降至次要地位。结论应加强与患者的沟通和交流,根据个体需求提供符合个性化的治疗护理措施,努力开发患者的社会支持系统,提高社会支持资源的有效利用。
Objective To explore the quality of life tumors and the factors affecting the QOL. Methods （QOL） of patients suffered from malignant digestive Half-constructive interview was committed to 10 patients suffered from malignant digestive tumors. The data was analyzed by Colaizzi method of Phenomena observation in qualitative study. Result Good health is the most important factor of QOL. Illness destroyed the patients＇ QOL. Physiological factors, psychological factors, and the absence of social function were direct reasons leading to deterioration of QOL in these patients. Sexuality was no longer an important factor of QOL in early stage of disease. Conclusions In order to improve QOL, communication between patients and nurses are needed; individualized nursing interventions should be planned according to patients＇various needs; social support systems should be explored; and social support resources should be utilized more effectively.
