摘要
目的:建立四川遂宁地区表观健康成年人群外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)的参考区间。方法:选择3882例20~79岁的表观健康成年人作为研究对象,其中男1981例,女1901例,分别按年龄段分为5组。采用XN9000血液分析仪配套检测系统进行外周血全血细胞计数,计算其NLR水平。以非参数法(P2.5~P97.5)建立该地区表观健康成年人群外周血NLR的参考区间。结果:按性别和年龄段分组后,各组Lg(NLR)水平均呈正态分布(P>0.05)。Z检验显示各组Z<Z※,不需按性别分组建立参考区间;按年龄段分组,20~29岁组、30~39岁组、50~59岁组分别与40~49岁组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),可以合并数据。数据合并后,按年龄段分组建立参考区间:20~39岁为0.83~3.35;40~49岁为0.87~3.41;50~79岁为0.83~3.72。结论:初步建立了遂宁地区健康成年人群NLR的参考区间,可为遂宁地区临床医生的诊疗提供一定的指导。
Objective:To establish the reference range of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in peripheral blood of the apparent healthy adults in Suining area,Sichuan Province.Methods:3882 healthy adults aged 20-79 years were selected as the study objects,including 1981 males and 1901 females.They were divided into 5 groups according to their age.The peripheral blood cells were counted by XN9000 blood analyzer and the NLR level was calculated.The non parametric method(P2.5-P97.5)was used to establish the reference interval of the peripheral blood NLR of the apparent healthy adults in this area.Results:After grouping by sex and age,the level of Lg(NLR)in each group was normal distribution(P>0.05).Z test showed that Z was less than Z※in each group,therefore there was no need to establish a reference interval according to gender.Grouping adults according to age,there were statistically significant differences between the 40-49 years old group and the 20-29 years old group,the 30-39 years old group,and the 50-59 years old group,respectively(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05),which demonstrated that the data could be combined.After data combination,the reference interval was established according to age group:0.83-3.35 for 20-39 years old;0.87-3.41 for 40-49 years old;0.83-3.72 for 50-79 years old.Conclusion:The reference range of NLR for healthy adults in Suining area is established preliminarily,which can provide some guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians in Suining area.
