摘要
目的:建立遂宁地区表观健康成人静脉血血小板相关参数的参考区间,为其适宜的参考区间的确定提供数据支撑。方法:在遂宁市中心医院体检的20~79岁成年人群中募集3914例表观健康个体,对其进行静脉血血细胞分析,收集血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板大细胞比率(P-LCR)和血小板比容(PCT)的检测结果,建立其参考区间,并与行业标准及其他地区的参考区间比较。结果:PLT、PDW、P-LCR、PCT和MPV浓度水平在遂宁地区男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。遂宁地区成人静脉血血小板相关参数的参考区间如下,PLT:男(103.00~298.00)×10^9/L,女(104.00~311.00)×10^9/L;PDW:男(11.10~23.70)fl,女(11.40~24.10)fl;P-LCR:男(23.30~61.10)%,女(25.60~63.70)%;PCT:男(0.14~0.32)%,女(0.15~0.35)%;MPV:男(9.80~14.70)fl,女(10.10~15.00)fl,与行业标准、其他地区的参考区间均存在一定差异。结论:遂宁地区成人静脉血血小板相关参数的参考区间受性别和年龄的影响,且与其他地方的参考区间存在差异,因此有必要建立适宜于该地区人群的参考区间。
Objective:To establish the reference interval of platelet related parameters in venous blood of apparently healthy adults in Suining area,so as to provide a data support for the determination of the appropriate reference interval.Methods:3914 apparently healthy subjects were recruited from 20 to 79 years old adults receiving physical examination in Suining central hospital,and their venous blood were obtained for blood cell analysis.The results of PLT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR and PCT were collected to establish the reference interval and compared with industry standards and reference intervals of other regions.Results:There were significant differences in PLT,PDW,P-LCR,PCT and MPV between male and female in Suining area(P<0.01).The reference intervals of platelet related parameters of adult venous blood in Suining area were as follows,PLT:male(103.00-298.00)×10^9/L,female(104.00-311.00)×10^9/L;PDW:male(11.10-23.70)fl,female(11.40-24.10)fl;P-LCR:male(103-298)×10^9/L,female(104-311)×10^9/L;PDW:male(11.1-23.7)fl,female(11.40-24.10)fl;P-LCR:male(23.30-61.10)%,female(25.60-63.70)%;PCT:male(0.14-0.32)%,female(0.15-0.35)%;MPV:male(9.80-14.70)fl,female(10.10-15.00)fl,which were different from the industry standard and reference interval of other regions.Conclusion:The reference interval of platelet related parameters in venous blood of adults in Suining area is affected by gender and age,which is different from that of other places.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a reference interval suitable for the population in this area.
