摘要
目的探讨角色互换式视频教学法在医学生临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法选取江苏医药职业学院2017级临床医学专业29名学生为观察组,该校2016级临床医学专业21名学生为对照组。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用角色互换式视频教学法进行临床技能教学。比较教学后两组医学生的理论和技能操作考核成绩,并对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果教学后,观察组理论考核和临床技能操作考核成绩高于对照组,但理论考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而临床技能操作考核成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过问卷调查分析发现,采用角色互换式视频教学法的观察组与对照组在激发学习兴趣、提高自我认识、提高教学满意度等方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角色互换式视频教学法能有效激发医学生的学习兴趣,提高自我认知,有助于提高医学生的临床技能教学效果。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the role transposition video teaching method in clinical skill teaching for medical students.Methods A total of 29 medical students majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2017 in Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine were selected as the observation group,and 21 medical students majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2016 in the same college were selected as the control group.The control group was taught in a routine mode,while the observation group was taught according to the role transposition video teaching method in clinical skill teaching.Two groups of medical students were compared by theory and clinical skill examination results after teaching,of which the effect was investigated by questionnaire.Results After teaching,the theory examination and clinical skill examination results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,but differences in theory examination results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),while difference in clinical skill examination results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through questionnaire surveys and analysis,it was found that the observation group and the control group had significant differences in stimulating learning interest,improving self-awareness and increasing teaching satisfaction by using the role transposition video teaching method(P<0.05).Conclusion The role transposition video teaching method effectively stimulates medical students'interest in learning,improves their self-cognition,and helps increase the teaching effect of clinical skills for them.
