摘要
目的:研究分析江苏兴化地区血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)是否与性别、年龄存在差异,建立本地区本实验室血清CEA、AFP、CA125的参考区间。方法:选取2017年1月~2017年12月兴化市人民医院体检中心健康体检者为研究对象。采用贝克曼库尔特Unicel DXI 800全自动微粒子酶促化学发光免疫分析系统检测血清CEA、AFP、CA125水平。对检测结果进行统计学分析,建立各检测项目的参考范围。结果:血清总体CEA参考区间为:男性0~4.92 ng/ml;女性0~3.56 ng/ml。血清总体AFP参考区间为:男性0~6.02 ng/ml;女性0~5.57 ng/ml。血清总体CA125参考区间为:男0~22.2 U/ml;女性0~27.64 U/ml。结论:江苏兴化地区血清肿瘤标志物CEA、AFP、CA125含量在不同性别和年龄组间存在差异,必须建立相应的参考区间,为临床诊断、治疗和预后判断提供科学准确的依据。
Objective:To investigate the difference of serum tumor markers including Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),Alpha fetoprotein(AFP),Carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)with sex and age in Xinghua area of Jiangsu Province,and establishment of reference interval for CEA,AFP,CA125 in the local.Methods:Subjects were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 in the physical Examination Center of Xinghua People's Hospital.Serum CEA,AFP and CA125 levels were detected by beckmann Coulter Unicel DXI 800 automatic microparticle enzymatic chemiluminescence immunoassay system.The test results were statistically analyzed to establish the reference range of each test item.Results:The reference interval of serum CEA was 0~4.92 ng/ml for male.Female 0~3.56 ng/ml.Serum AFP reference interval was 0~6.02 ng/ml in male.Female 0~5.57ng/ml.Serum total CA125 Reference interval:male 0~22.2u/ml;Female 0~27.64 U/ml.Conclusion:The contents of serum tumor markers CEA,AFP and CA125 in Xinghua area of Jiangsu are different in different genders and age groups,and corresponding reference interval must be established to provide scientific and accurate basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgment.
