摘要
以新型高强韧TC18钛合金为例,研究了双圆锥台试样热变形规律。基于热模拟试验,获得TC18钛合金的高温流变行为,采用Arrhenius双曲正弦函数建立TC18钛合金的本构方程。对双圆锥台试样热变形进行有限元模拟,获得了压缩后变形试样纵向截面的应变梯度分布。对比双圆锥台试样不同应变区域与相同变形条件下GLEEBLE热模拟试样的α相平均晶粒尺寸,结果表明一个双圆锥台试样上可以快速获取多个不同应变条件的热变形组织。
A new type of TC18 titanium alloy with high strength and toughness was taken as a sample to study the thermal deformation law of the specimen on a double cone.Based on the thermal simulation experiments,the high⁃temperature rheological behavior of TC18 titanium alloy was obtained,and a constitutive equation was established for the TC18 titanium alloy with the Arrhenius hyperbolic⁃sine function.The thermal deformation of the double cone specimen was simulated by using finite⁃element method,and the strain gradient distribution at longitudinal section of the deformed sample after compression was obtained.Based on the comparison of the mean grain size ofα⁃phase in the double cone specimen in different strain region and GLEEBLE thermal simulation specimen under the same deformation conditions,it is found that several thermal deformation structures under different strain conditions can be quickly obtained from the double cone specimen.
