TC18钛合金中剪切局域化及其微观结构研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用分离式霍普金森压杆技术在TC18钛合金帽形试样中制备了剪切带;通过扫描电镜以及透射电子显微镜研究了TC18钛合金剪切带晶粒的微观结构与组织。结果表明,剪切带区域内材料屈服强度显著高于基体,且随实验环境温度降低而提高;剪切带的宽度随试样名义应变增大而变大,且与Grady公式预测结果吻合良好;剪切带内中心等轴晶区域内晶粒细小且分布均匀,位错缠结严重,多边形化现象明显,是典型的动态再结晶结果。 Shear bands were prepared in hat-shaped specimens of TC18 titanium alloy by using split Hopkinson pressure bar.The microstructure and tissue of the shear band in TC18 titanium alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.It is found that the yield strength of the material in the shear band was significantly higher than that of the m atrix,and it increased with the decrease of experimental temperature.The width of the shear band increased with the increase in nominal strain of the specimen,in good agreement with the result of Grady formula prediction.The grains in the center of the isometric crystal zone were fine and evenly distributed,but severe dislocation and obvious polygonization were observed,indicating typical dynamic recrystallization took place.
