Effect of ergometrine and carboprost tromethamine on postpartum hemorrhage under the guidance of prediction score table

摘要目的分析改良产后出血预测评分表指导下应用麦角新碱与卡前列素氨丁三醇预防产后出血的效果。方法抽取开封市妇产医院2015年1月至2018年6月收治的156例产妇,根据改良产后出血预测评分表对156例产妇进行评估,根据其评分不同将其分为A组(73例,0 ~4分)、B组(53例,5~7分)、C组(31例,>7分)。A组给予缩宫素注射液,B组在A组基础上应用麦角新碱注射液,C组在B组基础上应用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液。比较三组产前和产后收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)及产后出血率、出血量。结果三组产妇产后2、24 h出血率和出血量的比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组产妇产前及产后SBP和DBP比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组产妇产后24 h内子宫张力硬状态率均为100%,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在改良产后出血预测评分表指导下,单独或联合应用卡前列素氨丁三醇与麦角新碱注射液均可发挥有效预防产妇产后出血的作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of ergometrine oxytocin and carboprost tromethamine on postpartum hemorrhage under the guidance of modified postpartum hemorrhage prediction score table.Methods A total of 156 parturients in kaifeng Maternity Hsopital from January 2015 to June 2018 were evaluated according to the modified postpartum hemorrhage prediction 73 cases,according to the different scores,they were divided into group A(73 cases,0-4 points),group B(52 cases,5-7 points)and group C(31 cases>7 points).Group A was given oxytocin injection,group B was given ergometrine injection on the basis of group A,and group C was given carbaprost tromethamine injection on the basis of group B.The systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),postpartum hemorrhage rate and bleeding volume of the three groups were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the bleeding rate and amount among the three groups(P>0.05).The levels of SBP and DBP of prenatal and postpartum women in the three groups were similar,the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The rates of uterine tension and hard state in the three groups were 100.00%after 24 hours postpartum,the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Under the guidance of modified postpartum hemorrhage predictive scorie table,single or combined use of carbaprost tromethamine and ergometrine injection can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
