摘要
目的分析山东省市售油条中15种多环芳烃(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs)的监测结果,了解山东省市售油条中PAHs的污染状况。方法采用分层随机抽样方法在山东省17地市超市、个体店和路边摊位等采样点,采集170份市售散装及定型油条。将采集样品中的油脂用石油醚提取,先后使用Waters Oasis HLB和Sep-Pak Florsil柱进行2次过柱净化,高效液相色谱-荧光法检测油条中15种PAHs的残留含量。结果170份油条中PAHs的检出率为89.4%(152/170),对照国家限值标准,无样品超标;对照欧盟限值标准,苯并(a)芘无样品超标,PAH4超标率为1.18%(2/170)。轻质PAHs的检出率和含量都高于重质类PAHs。结论山东省市售油条中多环芳烃检出率较高,建议有关部门制定多环芳烃的最高限量值标准,加强对油条中多环芳烃的控制和监管。
Objective The testing results of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)was analyzed in order to assess the contamination status of PAHs in in the commercial oil stick in Shandong Province.Methods The method of stratified random sampling was used to collect 170 samples of bulk and shaped deep-fried dough sticks from supermarkets,individual shops and roadside stalls in 17 cities of Shandong Province.The oils in the collected samples were extracted with petroleum ether,and the Waters Oasis HLB and SEP-PAK Florsil columns were successively used for two column purification,and the residues of 15 PAHs in the oil strips were detected by high performance liquid chromatogram-fluorescence method.Results The detection rate of PAHs in 170 samples reached 89.4%(152/170).There was no sample exceeding the limitation of national standard.Compared with the limitation of European Union,the qualification rate of Benzo-(a)pyrene was 100%,but the exceeding rate of PAH4 was 1.18%(2/170).The detection rate and the content of light PAHs were all higher than that of heavy PAHs.Conclusion The detection rate of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in Youtiao of Shandong Province is relatively high.It is suggested that the departments concerned should establish the maximum limit of PAHs and strengthen the monitoring and supervision of PAHs in Youtiao.
