摘要
目的:建立从人类肺组织中提取并检测多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。方法:人肺组织经超声萃取-SPE净化,提取液浓缩过滤后,经高效液相色谱分析。结果:各PAHs标准曲线的线性范围在1.2~392.2ng/ml之间,检出限在0.6—4.2ng之间,基质加标回收率在68.6%~103.7%之间,相对标准偏差在10%以内。结论:该方法线性关系良好,分离效果好,灵敏度高,能满足肺组织中PAHs的检测。
Objective:To establish a method of extracting and detecting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)in human lung tissue. Methods:The human lung tissues were extracted by ultrasonic wave and cleaned up by solid phase extraction. After being concentrated and filtrated, the PAHs were analyzed by HPLC. Results:The calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.2 - 392. 2 ng/ml, the detection limits ranged from 0.6 to 4. 2 ng, the recovery ranged from 68.6% to 103.7% with the RSD less than 10%. Conclusion:The method has good linear relation and good effect of separation. It is highly sensitive and can meet the demand of human lung tissue analysis.
