摘要
采用等离子喷焊工艺,在45钢表面以70TiFe、Ni60A粉末为原料,制备原位生成TiC增强Ni基合金喷焊层。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计和电化学工作站等研究了不同70TiFe掺量对喷焊层耐磨和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:添加70TiFe后,喷焊层中有TiC、TiB2等新相生成,并且随着70TiFe掺量的增加,喷焊层的硬度、耐磨性以及耐蚀性均得到显著提高;当70TiFe掺量为4%时,喷焊层的显微硬度达到930 HV2N,耐磨性为基材的10倍,自腐蚀电流为1.64×10^-6A,为Ni60A喷焊层自腐蚀电流的一半,能够有效保护45钢基板。
Plasma spray welding process was employed to prepare in-situ TiC reinforced Ni-based alloy spray welding layer with 70TiFe and Ni60A powders as raw materials.The influence of 70TiFe dosage on the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of spray welding layers was studied by optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer(XRD),microhardness tester and electrochemical workstation.Results showed that after adding 70TiFe,new phases such as TiC and TiB2 formed in the spray welding layers,and the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the spray welding layers were significantly improved with the increase of 70TiFe dosage.With an addition of 4%70TiFe,the microhardness of the as-obtained spray welding layers reached 930 HV2N,and the wear resistance was 10 times as good as that of the substrate.Moreover,the self-corrosion current was 1.64×10^-6 A,which was half that of Ni60A spray welding layer,indicating the obtained layers could effectively protect the 45 steel substrate.
