摘要
创新方法培训如何对企业创新绩效产生影响是改进创新方法工作方式、构建适宜培训模式的关键,但现有研究鲜有涉及。该研究通过总结现有研究成果,基于计划行为理论考察了员工创新意愿对创新方法培训与企业创新绩效的影响,探究了员工创新意愿的中介作用,试图打开创新方法培训影响企业创新绩效中间过程的“黑箱”。研究结果证实了员工创新意愿的中介作用,揭示了组织认同程度、组织氛围、培训师资、培训设计等因素对员工创新态度、主观规范与知觉行为控制的作用,分析了创新方法培训影响企业创新绩效的机理。该研究有助于提高创新方法工作的质量和效率,对构建更加合理的培训模式具有参考意义。
The key to improving the working mode of innovative methods and constructing appropriate training mode is how the innovative method training affects the innovation performance of enterprises.However,few researches have been carried out in that field.By summarizing the existing research results and based on the Theory of Planned Behavior,this study investigated the influences of employees'innovation intention on innovative methods training and enterprises'innovation performance,explored the mediating role of employees'innovation intention,and tried to open the"black box"during the process that the innovative methods training affected the enterprises'innovation performance.The research results have confirmed the mediating effect of employees'innovation intention,revealed the effects of organizational identity,organizational atmosphere,training teachers,training design and other factors on employees'innovation attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control,and analyzed the mechanism of innovative methods training affecting enterprises'innovation performance.This research is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of innovating methods work and has referential significance for the construction of more reasonable training model.
