摘要
进入新时代,习近平总书记对工匠精神的传承与创新发展作出一系列重要论述。重要论述的生成与尊崇和弘扬工匠精神优良传统、重视物质文明与精神文明协同发展以及总结国内外现代工业文明发展经验具有重要逻辑关系。重要论述内涵丰富,集中体现了爱国敬业、精益求精的职业道德观,甘于奉献、争创一流的人才价值观,敢于突破、勇攀高峰的创新观等思想,为实现中国梦、中国制造转型升级和创新发展提供了实践指引。新时代,应加大职业教育改革力度,在全社会营造重视匠人、匠心、匠艺的良好生态。
In the new era,general secretary Xi Jinping made a series of important discussions on the inheritance and innovation of the craftsman spirit.There is an important logical relationship among the generation of the important exposition and the respect and promotion of the fine tradition of craftsmanship spirit,the importance of the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization,and the summary of the development experience of modern industrial civilization at home and abroad.The connotation of important expositions is rich,which embodies the professional ethics of patriotism,dedication and excellence,the value of talents who are willing to contribute and strive for the first-class,and the innovative development concept of daring to break through and climb the peak bravely,and provides practical guidance for the realization of China dream,transformation and upgrading of made in China and innovation and development.In the new era,we should strengthen the reform of vocational education,create a craftsman spirit that attaches importance to craftsmen,ingenuity and craftsmanship,and cultiva te a good ecology.
