摘要
介绍对特辛基苯酚甲醛树脂、对叔丁基苯酚甲醛树脂、Koresin树脂、Technic KR-140树脂以及改性烷基酚醛增粘树脂的化学结构和合成路线,阐述烷基酚醛增粘树脂在粘合中的作用机理及其在橡胶工业中的应用。建议从生产源头出发,减少有毒有害化学品的使用,采用清洁生产工艺,开发性能更优异的新产品。
The chemical structures and synthetic routes of p-tert-octylphenol formaldehyde tackifying resin,p-tert-butyl phenol formaldehyde tackifying resin,Koresin resin,Technical KR-140 resin and modified alkylphenolic tackifying resin were introduced.The mechanism of alkylphenolic tackifying resin in adhesion promotion and its application in rubber industry were described.It was suggested to start from the source of production to reduce the use of toxic and harmful chemicals,adopt cleaner production process and develop new products with better performance.
