超声提取-气相色谱串联质谱法测定纺织品中的3种环境类雌激素 被引量:2

Determination of three kinds of environmental estrogen in textiles by ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatographytandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS)

摘要 以甲醇为提取溶剂,样品在55℃下超声提取并过滤,提取液采用气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS)进行测定,建立了一种准确、灵敏、快速测定纺织品中辛基苯酚(OP)、壬基苯酚(NP)和双酚A(BPA)的方法。当OP、NP和BPA质量浓度分别为0.01~21.51、0.10~21.82、0.02~20.16 mg/L时,质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于等于0.9997。OP、NP和BPA的检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.02、0.40、0.06 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)分别为0.1、1.0、0.2 mg/kg。在3个不同质量分数水平上对OP、NP和BPA进行回收实验,平均回收率为94.8%~107.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为1.7%~7.6%。 Using methanol as extraction solvent, the sample was extracted by ultrasonic at 55 ℃ and filtered, and the extract was determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS). An accurate, sensitive and rapid analytical method for the determination of octylphenol(OP), nonylphenol(NP) and bisphenol A(BPA) in textiles was developed. There were good linear relationships between peak area and the mass concentrations of OP, NP and BPA in the range of 0.01~21.51, 0.10~21.82, 0.02~20.16 mg/L, and the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999 7. The limits of detection(S/N=3) of OP, NP and BPA were 0.02,0.40, 0.06 mg/kg, respectively. The limits of quantitation(S/N=10) of OP, NP and BPA were 0.1, 1.0, 0.2 mg/kg,respectively. The recovery experiments of OP, NP and BPA were carried out at three different mass concentration levels, and the mean recoveries were in the range of 94.8%~107.7% with RSD( n=8) in the range of 1.7%~7.6%.
