摘要
随着电压等级的提升,电力电子变压器(PET)中电力电子器件的绝缘问题日益突出,如果不采取有效的隔离防护措施,会发生严重的局部放电,局放长期作用会导致绝缘击穿失效,影响电气设备的正常运行及人员的安全。为此,文中设计一种双屏蔽绝缘壳体,该绝缘结构既可以抑制中、高压模块内部的电力电子器件尖端产生的局部放电,又可以缩减绝缘距离,实现紧凑布局,同时也为操作人员提供安全保障。文中建立了双屏蔽绝缘壳体的等效模型,通过仿真与实验相结合的方法对电场进行计算、对电性能进行分析,确定了影响局部放电特性的关键部位,即金属网端部的形状和喷锌层末端的结构形式。通过采用喷锌层端部造圆弧和开凹槽两种优化措施,提高双屏蔽绝缘壳体的局放电压水平。
With the improvement of voltage level,the insulation problem of power electronic devices in power elec⁃tronic transformer(PET)is becoming increasingly prominent.If effective isolation and protection measures are not taken,serious partial discharge will occur.Long⁃term partial discharge will lead to insulation breakdown failure,which will affect the normal operation of electrical equipment and the safety of personnel.Therefore,a double shield⁃ed insulation shell is designed.The insulation structure can not only suppress the partial discharge generated by the power electronic device tips in the medium and high voltage modules,but also reduce the insulation distance to achieve compact layout,and also provide safety guarantee for operators.The equivalent model of the double shielded insulation shell is established.The electric field is calculated and the electrical performance is analyzed by combin⁃ing simulation and experiment.The key parts that affect the partial discharge characteristic are determined,that is,the shape of the end of the metal mesh and the structure of the end of the zinc⁃sprayed layer.The partial discharge voltage level of the double shielded insulation shell is improved by using two optimization measures:making arc and building groove at the end of the zinc⁃sprayed layer.
