摘要
电力系统电力电子设备能耗日益提升,对电力电子变换器的高频大功率变压器功率密度提出更高要求,对大功率变压器的散热提出了更大挑战.以电力电子变压器产品为例,建立170 kVA高频大功率变压器模型,明确了常规风冷散热方式下变压器温升过高的关键问题,设计U型蒸发器为换热元件,利用常温自循环蒸发冷却实现变压器的良好散热,分析了变压器系统的传热过程.根据U型蒸发器的散热功率,仿真验证了引入U型蒸发器后,变压器磁芯的散热问题得到解决.整个蒸发器内部温度分布较为均匀,验证了蒸发冷却中相变过程的均温性.最后,给出了电力电子变压器样机实验结果,验证了蒸发冷却变压器散热效果.
With the increasing energy consumption of power electronic equipment in power systems,higher requirements are put forward for the power density of high-frequency high-power transformers in power electronic converters,and thus,greater challenges are posed to the heat dissipation of high-power transformers.Taking power electronic transformer(PET)products as an example,this paper establishes 170 kVA high-frequency high-power transformer model,clarifies the key problem of too high temperature rise of transformer under the conventional air-cooling heat dissipation mode,and designs the U-type evaporator as the heat exchanger element.Then,the paper uses self-circulating evaporative cooling at normal temperature to achieve good heat dissipation of transformer,analyzing the heat transfer process of transformer system.In addition,according to the heat dissipation power of the U-type evaporator,the simulation is conducted to verify that the heat dissipation problem of transformer core is solved after the introduction of the U-type evaporator,and that the internal temperature distribution in the whole evaporator is relatively uniform,which verifies the temperature uniformity of the phase transition process in evaporative cooling.Finally,the paper presents the experimental results of a PET prototype to verify the heat dissipation effect of the evaporative cooling transformer.
