摘要
目的对中医药治疗老年2型糖尿病患者处方进行数据挖掘,揭示其用药规律,为临床治疗和中成药的研发提供新的思路。方法挖掘近30年以来中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普、万方3个数据库收录的中医药治疗老年2型糖尿病文献,对符合纳入标准的文献进行整理,再用中医传承辅助系统进行数据挖掘。结果对筛选出的40个处方进行分析与挖掘,明确了处方中药物的使用频次规律,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出14个核心组合和7首新处方。结论中医对老年2型糖尿病的治疗有一定的优势,治疗所用药物的功效、性味、归经等与老年2型糖尿病的病机密切相关,挖掘出的核心药物组合和新处方可为临床治疗提供新的思路和参考,也可为相关创新药物的研发提供潜在的新处方。
Objective To conduct data mining of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and reveal the medication rules and provide new ideas for clinical treatment and research and development of Chinese patent medicine.Methods Literatures about TCM treatment of type 2 diabetes in the elderly were selected from the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP and Wanfang in the past 30 years.Meantime,literatures that met the inclusion criteria were sorted out and data mining was carried out with the TCM Inheritance auxiliary system.Results Based on the analysis and mining of 40 prescriptions,the rules of drug use frequency and the association rules between drugs were clarified.14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were mined.Conclusion TCM has certain advantages in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes.The efficacy,flavor and meridian tropism of the drugs used in the treatment are closely related to the pathogenesis of elderly type 2 diabetes.The core drug combinations and new prescriptions excavated can provide new ideas for clinical treatment,and also provide potential new prescriptions for the development of relevant innovative drugs.
