摘要
在人口老龄化日益严峻的背景下,社会对具有老年照护知识的医疗卫生服务人员需求增加。因此,本文对国内外针对医疗卫生服务人员为施测对象的老年照护知识测评工具的特点和应用现状进行综述,为我国老年照护知识测评工具的发展提供参考。
In the context of increasing population aging,there has been an increasing demand for medical and health service personnel with knowledge of elderly care.Therefore,this article reviews the characteristics and application status of the elderly care knowledge evaluation tools for medical and health service personnel at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for the development of the elderly care knowledge evaluation tools in China.
