摘要
目的翻译并验证中文版Palmore老年知识量表(Facts on Aging Quiz,FAQ)。方法使用中文版FAQ调查465名注册护士的知识水平,并检验FAQ内部一致性信度、重测信度。结果 FAQ内部一致性信度为0.751,重测信度为0.982。中国护士答对的题项中位数为40.0%。结论经严格的翻译步骤,本研究得到中文版FAQ能正确体现原量表的内容,并顺应我国的文化背景,可用于评估护士的老年知识水平。
Objective To translate and validate the Palmore＇s Facts on Aging Quiz（FAQ）. Methods The Chinese version of FAQ was used to survey 465 registered nurses＇ knowledge about elder people, and to test its internal consistence reliability and test-retest reliability. Results The value of consistence reliability and test-retest reliability for FAQ was 0.751 and 0.982, respectively. The correct rate of Chinese nurses reached 40.0%. Conclusion The Chinese FAQ could correctly reflect the content of original scale,and could used to investigate the nurses＇ knowledge related to elder people.
