摘要
目的了解基于问题的学习(Problem based learning,PBL)教学方法在临床医学检验专业实习教学中应用效果。方法选取2018—2019年蚌埠医学院第一附属医院检验专业实习学生共78名作为研究对象,2018年38名实习学生作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;2019年40名实习学生作为研究组,采用PBL教学模式。比较两组学生实习结束后理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩和教学满意度。结果研究组实习生的理论考试成绩(89.43±4.95)分、操作技能成绩(90.20±4.69)分、教学满意度(91.80±4.61)分,对照组实习生理论考试成绩(81.71±6.19)分、操作技能成绩(80.87±5.80)分、教学满意度(83.00±5.84)分,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论PBL教学法能够有效提高临床医学检验专业实习生的理论水平、操作技能和教学满意度。
Objective To understand the application effect of the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the practical teaching of clinical medical laboratory.Methods A total of 78 internship students majored in medical laboratory in the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College from 2018 to 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into study groups and control groups according to different teaching methods.In 2018,38 internship students were enrolled as control groups,and adopted the traditional teaching method.In 2019,40 internship students were included as experimental group and adopted the PBL teaching method.The theoretical test scores,operational skills scores,and satisfaction on teaching were compared between the two groups of students after the internship.Results The students in the experimental group had a theoretical test score(89.43±4.95)points,operating skills score(90.20±4.69)points,teaching satisfaction(91.80±4.61)points;while control group interns had a theoretical test scores(81.71±6.19)points,operating skills(80.87±5.80)points and teaching satisfaction(83.00±5.84)points.There were significant differences existed between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions PBL teaching method could effectively improve the theoretical level,operation skills and teaching satisfaction of clinical medical laboratory intern students.
