摘要
目的:分析在早产儿呼吸暂停防治中运用婴儿抚触联合使用呼吸机的临床作用。方法:本文计算项目时以双盲法将本院选自2018年5月-2019年5月期间诊治的66例早产儿进行分组,每组纳入33例患者,参照组使用呼吸机,实验组在参照组的基础上联合婴儿抚触疗法,比对实验组和参照组早产儿临床干预效果。结果:实验组早产儿呼吸暂停发生率、呼吸暂停次数、有创通气时间、总用氧时间、平均日体质量增长、平均住院时间与参照组数据比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:将婴儿抚触联合使用呼吸机的疗法用于早产儿呼吸暂停防治中的临床价值十分显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of infantile touching with ventilator on apnea in premature infants.Methods:66 premature infants were divided into two groups,each with 33 patients.The reference group was applied ventilator.The experimental group was given infantile touching more.Results:The incidence of apnea,number of apneas,invasive ventilation time,total oxygen time,average daily weight gain,average length of stay in the experimental group were better than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Infantile touching with ventilator on apnea in premature infants was effective.
