摘要
社会各界普遍认为机场对区域经济具有带动作用,有些学者和地方政府甚至将其定位为区域经济的引擎。然而,这种定位并没有系统的理论和庞大的数据作为支撑,因此二者间关系有必要作进一步论证。基于2000—2015年间中国27个城市的28个枢纽机场的年度动态面板数据,运用动态面板回归模型GMM估计对枢纽机场与区域经济的关系进行实证分析,并将机场因素与非机场因素进行对比。实证结果表明,航空客流、人口、政府决策行为、固定资产投资总额对区域经济有正向作用,而航空物流、生产性服务业对区域经济发展的促进作用不显著。研究结果表明,总体上枢纽机场虽然对区域经济确实有正向作用,但并没有达到"引擎"的决定作用。
It is widely believed that the airport plays a leading role in regional economy,and some scholars and local governments have even positioned it as an engine of regional economy.However,this positioning is not supported by systematic theory and huge data,so the relationship between them needs further analysis.Based on the annual dynamic panel data of 28 hub airports in 27 cities in China between 2000 and 2015,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between hub airports and regional economy by using dynamic panel regression model GMM estimation,and compares airport factors with non-airport factors.The empirical results show that air passenger flow,population,government decision-making and total investment of fixed assets have positive effects on regional economy,while air logistics and producer services do not have significant effects on regional economic development.The results show that although hub airports have positive effects on regional economy,they do not have the decisive role of engine.
