摘要
阐述消防救援队伍战斗行动的进攻阶段、相持阶段和决胜阶段体现的控制能力、持续能力和保障能力。根据三个阶段的内容,采用测前估算、现场操作、分析比较的方法开展作战能力评估。提出开展作战能力评估应紧密结合本单位实际情况、结合装备评估测试结果、服务于实战等几方面应注意的问题。
The control ability,sustained ability and support ability of the fire rescue team in the attack stage,stalemate stage and decisive stage were expounded.The methods of pre-test estimation,field operation,analysis and comparison were used to evaluate the combat capability according to the contents of the three stages.Problems should be noticed on combat capability evaluation were put forward include that combined with the actual situation of the unit,combined with equipment evaluation test results,serving the actual combat and etc.
