摘要
脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴战略实施正处于并存和交汇的特殊时期,打赢脱贫攻坚战是实施乡村振兴战略的重要前提,实施乡村振兴战略是巩固和提升脱贫攻坚成果的最佳手段,脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接对实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标意义重大。随着2020年后的脱贫攻坚进入后扶贫时代,乡村振兴战略与后半程的扶贫工作形成相互支撑、相互配合的良性互动格局尤为重要。文章从脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的内在关系入手,结合四川实际,探讨两者有机衔接的重点内容和侧重路径,为构建长效扶贫机制奠定基础。
Poverty alleviation and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is being in a special period of coexistence and convergence.Winning the battle against poverty is an important prerequisite for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy?while implementing the rural revitalization strategy is the best way to consolidate and improve the results of poverty alleviation.It is of great significance for achieving the Two Centenary Goals to effectively connect poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.As the poverty alleviation after 2020 enters the post-poverty alleviation period,the rural revitalization strategy can form a mutually supportive and cooperative benign interaction pattern for the follow-up poverty alleviation work.This article starts with the internal relations of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and discusses the focus and paths of the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization combined with the reality of Sichuan Province,so as to lay a foundation for the establishment of a long-term poverty alleviation mechanism.
