摘要
脱贫攻坚是乡村振兴的基础,乡村振兴是脱贫攻坚的动力,二者相辅相成、互补互助。实现从脱贫攻坚到乡村振兴的有效衔接与转型,是党和国家作出的重大决策部署,是当前“三农”工作的重点,也是学术界关注的重点问题。主要针对陕西省经济发展的情况和两大战略的实施实际,在理清两大战略逻辑关系的基础上,提出衔接的具体路径,以促进二者的有效衔接。
Poverty alleviation is the foundation of rural revitalization,rural revitalization is the driving force for poverty alleviation,and the two complement each other and help each other.To realize the effective connection and transformation from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization is a major decision-making arrangement made by the party and the country,the focus of the current work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,as well as the focus of academic attention.This paper mainly aims at the economic development of Shaanxi Province and the implementation of the two strategies,on the basis of sorting out the logical relationship between the two strategies,to put forward the specific path of convergence,in order to promote the effective convergence of the two.
