基于网络信息化的CBL教学在传染病临床教学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨基于网络信息化的CBL教学模式在传染病临床教学中的应用。方法:选取2019年1-12月在医院感染性疾病科轮转的临床专业研究生80名,随机分为两组,各40名。试验组采用网络信息化基础上的CBL教学模式;对照组采用传统的临床灌输式带教模式。比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组学生考核成绩及教学满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用网络信息化的CBL教学模式有助于学生掌握传染病理论知识,培养临床思维能力,提高学习积极性,提高了教学效果和学生满意度,同时也提升了带教教师的整体素质,是一种行之有效的教学模式。 Objective:To discuss the application of CBL teaching mode based on network informatization in clinical teaching of infectious diseases.Methods:From January to December 2019,80 clinical graduate students who were internship in infectious diseases department were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted CBL teaching mode based on network informatization.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode of clinical infusion.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL teaching mode based on network informatization can help students to master the theory of infectious diseases,develop their clinical thinking ability and improve learning enthusiasm,it can improve the teaching effect and students'satisfaction,at the same time,it also improves the overall quality of quality of teachers,so it can be an effective teaching mode.
