摘要
针对CO2激光束扫描冻结混合均匀的Al2O3和Na2SiO3•9H2O陶瓷浆料时,诱发的内部非均匀分布的热应力和化学反应变化,使液面发生翘曲变形这一问题,建立数值模拟模型[1]。采用COMSOL5.5多物理场耦合分析软件,模拟不同激光加工工艺参数对热作用区域的影响,通过分析其温度场变化和化学反应变化[2],研究热应力和化学反应引起的震动效应和不稳定性,并确定激光扫描固化的宽度为0.052mm,固化深度为0.298mm。
A numerical simulation model was established to solve the problem of warping deformation at the liquid level caused by the internal non-uniform distribution of thermal stress and chemical reaction changes when CO2 laser beam scanning freezes the uniformly mixed Al2O3 and Na2SiO3•9H2O ceramic slurry.COMSOL5.5 multi-physical field coupling analysis software was used to simulate the influence of different laser processing parameters on the thermal action region.By analyzing the change of temperature field and chemical reaction,the vibration effect and instability caused by thermal stress and chemical reaction were studied,and the curing width and curing depth of laser scanning were determined to be 0.052mm and 0.298mm respectively.
