摘要
紫外光固化有机硅材料因其良好的机械性能和热稳定性,以及固化过程节能高效、绿色环保,在涂料、3D打印材料和LED封装材料等领域展现出广阔的发展前景,近年来成为有机硅行业中的研究热点。对不同官能化紫外光固化有机硅树脂的合成及其应用进行调查,综述了近年来的研究成果。并对紫外光固化有机硅的研究方向进行展望,指出解决固化深度和氧阻聚作用是研究的关键,环氧基官能化有机硅是今后光固化材料的研究重点,利用天然产物改性获得光固化有机硅也是一个研究新方向。
Possessing outstanding mechanical properties and thermal stability,ultraviolet curing silicone resin,with the advantages of high curing efficiency,energy saving and environment friendly,possessing broad development prospects in coatings,3 Dprinting materials and LED encapsulation materials.The resin has become a research hotspot in silicone industry in recent years.The recent research progress on the syntheses and applications of the silicone were mainly investigated.The prospective developments were also forecasted,indicating that the research key point was to solve the problem of curing density and oxygen inhibition,revealing that epoxy functionalized silicone became the focus of ultraviolet curing materials,and natural product functionalized ultraviolet curing silicone will also became a novel research direction.
