基于CPT的家电涂装VOCs污染控制与治理 被引量:1

Pollution control and treatment of VOCs in home appliance coating based on clean production technology

摘要 工业涂装VOCs防治普遍以末端治理技术为主,削减VOCs排放量作为控制大气污染的重中之重,以合肥河钢新材料科技有限公司为试验对象,采用CPT对家电涂装VOCs治理技术进行改造,将VOCs回用于生产系统内,一方面从源头上削减VOCs,另一方面增加RTO中废气浓度以减少能耗。方案实施后产生的环境效益和经济效益主要包括:VOCs产生量减少289.44 t·a^-1,无组织VOCs排放量削减408 t·a^-1,有组织VOCs排放量削减40.69 t·a^-1,天然气消耗量减少105万m3·a^-1(折算后,烟尘、SO2、NOx年排放削减量分别为0.147 t、0.189 t、1.848t),减少废活性炭产生量8 t·a^-1;年净利润为175.23万元。研究结果可为削减涂装VOCs的产生量与排放量及其在环境污染控制领域的应用提供参考。 Industrial coating VOCs are currently dominated by end-of-pipe treatment technology.The top priority of controlling air pollution is reducing VOCs emission.In this study,Hefei Hegang New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.was tested,the clean production technology is used to transform the VOCs treatment technology for home appliance coating,and the VOCs are reused in the production system.On the one hand,the VOCs are reduced from the source,and on the other hand,the exhaust gas concentration in the RTO is increased to reduce the energy consumption.The environmental and economic benefits generated after the implementation of the program mainly include the reduction of VOCs production by about 289.44 t·a^-1,the reduction of unorganized VOCs emissions by 408 t·a^-1,the reduction of organized VOCs by 40.69 t·a^-1,and the reduction of natural gas consumption by 1.05 million m3·a^-1 (after conversion,the annual emission reductions of soot,SO2 and NOx are 0.147 t,0.189 t,1.848 t),reducing the amount of waste activated carbon production by 8 t·a^-1;the annual net profit is 1752 300 Yuan.This study can provide reference for reducing the production and emission of painted VOCs and its application in the field of environmental pollution control.
