摘要
近年来,在国家层面关于戏曲保护传承一系列政策和全面推进非遗保护传承工作的推动下,包括甘肃华亭曲子戏在内的一些濒危民间戏曲重新焕发了生机和活力,但其传承发展之路还存在着一些困境和瓶颈性的问题,应引起重视。按照“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展”非遗保护工作方针的工作原则,本文提出了做好民间戏曲传承发展工作、适应性创新和传承发展的思路,以及保护传承和发展的具体措施。
In recent years,under the promotion of a series of national policies on the protection and inheritance of traditional Chinese operas and the comprehensive promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritage protection and inheritance,some endangered folk operas,including Huating Quzi opera in Gansu Province,have regained vigor and vitality.However,there are still some difficulties and bottleneck problems in its inheritance and development,which should be paid attention to.According to the working principle of Intangible Cultural Heritage protection work principle of protection first,rescue first,rational utilization,inheritance and development,this paper puts forward the ideas of inheriting and developing folk opera,adaptive innovation and inheritance development,as well as specific measures for protection,inheritance and development.

苟晓飞(1970—),女,甘肃省通渭县人,甘肃省文化艺术研究所研究馆员,中国民俗学会会员,甘肃省民间文艺家协会会员,主要从事民间文化、戏曲理论研究。《甘肃日报》舞台艺术版特约撰稿人。主持元成文旅部课题2项,以及其他省部级科研项目多项。承担国家社科基金艺术学重大项目“中国戏曲剧种全集·民勤曲子戏”子课题研究,文旅部文化和旅游智库项目“甘肃地方特色传统文化传承发展研究”子课题“甘肃地方戏曲剧种传承发展研究”。出版专著一部。发表论文40余篇。组织完成全国戏曲剧种普查中甘肃省戏曲剧种普查工作,完成《甘肃省地方戏曲剧种普查报告》。完成《中西部区域文化发展研究一甘肃文化资源概要》《甘肃省丝绸之路文化旅游主要景点及省级以上非物质文化遗产名录》《甘肃非遗辞典·传统戏剧》等非遗和戏曲类专题调研报告及文稿撰写。
