摘要
淮北大鼓是安徽省非物质文化遗产保护项目第一批曲艺类项目,面临现代社会文化结构的转变与多媒体娱乐的双重冲击。通过对淮北地区濉溪县文化馆的调研,依据我国现行非遗政策的普及与实施情况,发现淮北大鼓的基层传承与保护存在许多现实问题,包括基层从业人员的素质状况、传承教育链、面对新媒体传播方式,以及政府在参与非遗传承与保护实践工作中的立场与态度等。针对这些问题提出全面搜集、重点整理、加强研究;大力推广、加强宣传、塑造文化品牌的非遗保护路径,为当前传统民族文化艺术所面临的现代传承困境提出可行性建议。
Huaibei bass drum is the first batch of Quyi projects for the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Anhui Province.It is facing the double impact of the transformation of modern social and cultural structure and multimedia entertainment.Through the investigation of the cultural center of Suixi County in Huaibei area,and according to the popularization and implementation of the current non-heritage policy in China,it is found that there are many practical problems in the inheritance and protection of Huaibei bass drum at the grass-roots level.It includes the quality of grass-roots employees,the chain of inheritance and education,the way of communication in the face of new media,as well as the position and attitude of the government in participating in the practice of non-heritage inheritance and protection.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward a comprehensive collection,focuses on collation,strengthens research;vigorously promotes,strengthens publicity,shapes the cultural brand of non-heritage protection path,and propounds feasible suggestions for the current traditional national culture and art faced by the modern inheritance dilemma.
