摘要
地方优秀文化是具有鲜明地域特点的优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化的总和。将地方优秀文化融入高职思政理论课,对提升高职思政理论课的实效性、推动地方优秀文化传承和创新、服务区域经济可持续发展等方面具有重要意蕴。当前地方优秀文化融入高职思政理论课存在内容供给失准、平台建设失衡、教师主导失能、学生主体失位的现实困境。对此,应当着眼地方优秀文化的"精准融入",开发丰富的教学资源;着力推进"课堂革命",搭建多元的教学平台;着手强化"赋能补位",培育优势互补的师资团队;着实激发"主体效能",强化全员、高效的学生参与。
Local excellent culture refers to the sum of excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture,and advanced socialist culture with distinctive regional characteristics.Integrating local excellent culture into the higher vocational ideological and political theory course is important for improving the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course,promoting the inheritance and innovation of local excellent culture,serving the sustainable development of regional economy,etc.At present,there exists a practical dilemma for this,such as inaccurate content supply,unbalanced platform construction,incapability of teachers,and dislocation of student subjects.Therefore,the following measures are recommended,which include focusing on the"precise integration"of local excellent culture to develop rich teaching resources,promoting"classroom revolution"to build a diversified teaching platform,strengthening"empowerment and complementation"to cultivate a team of teachers with complementary advantages,and stimulating"subjective effectiveness"to improve the efficiency of all students’participation.
