摘要
作为上海国际化大都市的有机组成部分,浦江镇文化资源与发展战略理应纳入上海文化大都市建设的整体框架中。浦江镇文化战略可从以下两方面进行定位,一是必须在都市化进程的总体语境下,重新建构作为大都市郊区乡镇的浦江镇与上海国际化大都市建设的当代性关系;二是在浦江镇文化发展和软实力战略的层面上,则要与上海文化大都市建设直接联系起来。正在紧张筹办中的2010年世博会,是浦江镇发展在当下所面临的黄金机遇。浦江镇的文化资源从构成上主要可以分为两大板块:一是以传统建筑、历史文化与口头文化为主体的传统上海与江南文化板块;二是由于华侨城、航天城、高新技术加工区等当代力量的强力介入,在其原本属于农业地区的自然环境中创造的大都市与国际文化板块,目标是通过文化建设,形成一个以江南文化中心与国际文化中心为两翼的都市文化副中心。
As an organic part of the international metropolis Shanghai, the cultural recourses and developing strategies of Pujiang Town should be included into the general frame of the cultural metropolis construction of Shanghai, Firstly, the contemporary relations of construction between Pujiang and Shanghai must be reconstructed in the general context of urban- ization process. Secondly, the cultural development and soft power strategies of Pujiang Town should be directly connected with the construction of Shanghai as a cultural metropolis. World Expo in 2010 will propose a valuable chance for the de- velopment of Pujiang Town. The formation of cultural resources of Pujiang Town can be divided into two parts： first, the traditional culture of Shanghai and Southern Yangtze Cities, which takes traditional architecture, history and culture, and o- ral culture as the main body; second, urban and international culture which is created in the natural environment that be- longs to agricultural areas, owing to the powerful intervention of contemporary power, such as Overseas Chinese cities, aerospace cities and the high and new technology processes areas. The goal is to form a sub-center of urban culture with the Southern Yangtze culture center and international culture center as its wings, through cultural construction.
