肠道病毒核酸与抗体联合检测在手足口病诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Combined Detection of Enterovirus Nucleic Acid and Antibody in the Diagnosis of Hand Foot Mouth Disease

摘要 目的分析肠道病毒核酸与抗体联合检测在手足口病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月我院收治的200例手足口病患儿,所有患儿均行肠道病毒核酸检查以及抗体检测,比较单独肠道病毒核酸检测、抗体检测以及两种检测方法联合检测结果的差异。并对两种检测方法的检测结果进行一致性分析,观察肠道病毒核酸检测与抗体检测的吻合程度。结果200例患儿行肠道病毒核酸检测的阳性率为73.00%,行抗体检测的阳性率为72.00%,两种检测方法的阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肠道病毒核酸联合抗体检测的阳性率为93.00%,明显高于单独肠道病毒核酸检测以及单独抗体检测(P<0.05)。通过肠道病毒核酸与抗体检测的一致性分析,Kappa=0.935,P<0.05,提示肠道病毒核酸与抗体检测具有较高的吻合性。结论肠道病毒核酸与抗体检测在手足口病临床诊断中均有着较好的应用效果,通过联合检测的方式能够进一步提高手足口病的检出率,从而减少漏诊情况。 Objective To analyze the application value of combined detection of enterovirus nucleic acid and antibody in the diagnosis of hand foot mouth disease.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,200 children with hand foot mouth disease were selected.All children underwent enterovirus nucleic acid test and antibody detection,and the differences of single enterovirus nucleic acid detection,antibody detection and combined detection results were compared.The consistency of the detection results of the two methods was analyzed,and the coincidence degree of enterovirus nucleic acid and antibody detection was observed.Results The positive rate of 200 children with enterovirus nucleic acid test was 73.00%,and the positive rate of antibody test was 72.00%,there was no significant difference in the positive rate of the two detection methods(P>0.05).The positive rate of enterovirus nucleic acid combined antibody test was 93.00%,which was significantly higher than that of enterovirus nucleic acid test alone and antibody test alone(P<0.05).Through the consistency analysis of enterovirus nucleic acid and antibody detection,Kappa=0.935,P<0.05,indicating that the enterovirus nucleic acid and antibody detection have a higher consistency.Conclusion The detection of enterovirus nucleic acid and antibody has a good application effect in the clinical diagnosis of hand foot mouth disease.The detection rate of hand foot mouth disease can be further improved by joint detection,so as to reduce the missed diagnosis.
