摘要
目的考察吉林省内流通的白鲜皮的质量现状。方法根据《中国药典》2015年版及《药品检验补充检验方法和检验项目批件编号2010002》对全省范围内抽检的35批白鲜皮进行常规质量检验,并对白鲜碱的含量展开了探索性研究。结果35批白鲜皮样品中仅有51.43%符合白鲜皮检验标准,不合格率达48.57%。结论吉林省内流通的白鲜皮的质量状况较差,建议规范白鲜皮的采收、加工环节,加强监管力度,确保用药安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Dictamni Cortex in Jilin Province.Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 and Drug Testing Methods and Complementary Project Approval Document Number 2010002,a province-wide sampling of 35 batches of Dictamni Cortex were measured.Content of Dictamnine was also analyzed.Results 51.43%of 35 samples were reached the standard.Unqualified rate was 48.57%.Conclusion The quality status of Dictamni Cortex in Jilin Province was poor.Dictamni Cortex should be proposed to regulate the harvesting and processing methods,strengthen regulatory standards,to ensure usage safety and efficacy.
