Analysis of detection results of trace element in children of different ages

摘要 目的分析不同年龄段儿童微量元素的检测结果,探讨对儿童进行微量元素检测的临床意义。方法抽取2018年1月至2020年1月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院进行微量元素检测的0~6岁年龄段儿童87例,根据儿童的年龄将其分为婴儿组34例、幼儿组30例和学龄前组23例。所有儿童均接受微量元素检测,对比其微量元素水平及微量元素缺乏率。结果幼儿组、学龄前组儿童的钙、铁水平高于婴儿组,锌水平低于婴儿组(P<0.05);婴儿组钙缺乏率、铁缺乏率分别为20.59%(7/34)、35.29%(12/34),高于幼儿组的3.33%(1/30)、13.33%(4/30)及学龄前组的0.00%(0/23)、17.39%(1/23),P<0.05。结论婴幼儿多存在铁、钙缺乏,幼儿及学龄前儿童多存在锌、铁缺乏,应根据微量元素检测结果进行针对性的营养及膳食指导,适当使用药物治疗,促进儿童生长发育。 Objective To analyze the detection results of trace elements in children of different ages,and to investigate the clinical significance of trace elements detection in children.Methods A total of 87 children aged 0-6 years who underwent trace element detection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.According to the ages of children,they were divided into infant group(under 1 year,34 cases),small children group(aged 1-3 years,30 cases)and preschool group(aged 3-6 years,23 cases).All children were tested for trace elements,and the levels of trace elements and the rate of trace element deficiency were compared among the three groups.Results Compared with infant group,the levels of calcium and iron were higher,and the levels of zinc were lower in infant group and preschool group(P<0.05).The rates of calcium and iron deficiency in infant group were 20.59%(7/34)and 35.29%(12/34),respectively,which were higher than the 3.33%(1/30)and 13.33%(4/30)in infant group,0.00%(0/23)and 17.39%(1/23)in preschool group(P<0.05).Conclusions Infants are prone to having iron and calcium deficiency,and small children and preschool children are prone to having zinc and iron deficiency.According to the results of trace element detection,targeted nutrition and dietary guidance should be carried out,and appropriate drug treatment should be used to promote the growth and development of children.
