摘要
目的:分析微量营养素在儿童保健和疾病预防中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 6 月至 2022 年 1 月在本院进行保健体检的 80 例儿童为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n =40)和对照组(n =40).观察组在正常喂养基础上补充微量营养素,对照组采取正常喂养.比较两组儿童干预后临床相关指标、生长情况及身体指标合格率与患病率.结果:观察组儿童的血清 25-羟维生素D3、钙、铁、锌水平,维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C的排出量,身高、体重,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组儿童身体指标合格率 92.50%,高于对照组 72.50%;患病率 12.50%,低于对照组 32.50%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在儿童正常饮食上,给予补充微量营养素,可有效提高其生长发育水平,并增强其免疫功能,降低患病率.
Objective:To analyze the application effects of micronutrients in children′s health care and disease prevention.Methods:Eighty children in our hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected into this study,and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group was supplemented with micronutrients on the basis of normal feeding,and the control group was fed normally.The clinical related indicators,growth status,qualified rate of physical indicators and incidence of disease after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3,calcium,iron and zinc,the excretion of vitamin B1,vitamin B2 and vitamin C,height and body mass in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of children′s physical indicators in the observation group was 92.50%,higher than that in the control group(72.50%),and the incidence of disease was 12.50%,lower than that in the control group(32.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In children′s normal diet,adding micronutrients can effectively improve their growth and development,and enhance their immune function.
