摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,为纯电动汽车提供了良好的发展基础,使其可以积极响应低碳环保的经济发展需求。电池箱作为电动汽车的核心组成部分,其整体结构与功能性会直接影响到电动汽车的驾驶效果。基于此,文章针对纯电动汽车的电池箱结构优化问题进行研究,首先阐述电池箱的作用与设计要求,其次通过建立有限元模型从对电池箱结构进行仿真分析,并且从电池箱材料、厚度等方面进行实验,旨在促进纯电动汽车电池箱的综合应用价值。希望对相关研究人员提供参考与借鉴。
With the rapid development of science and technology,it provides a good foundation for the development of pure electric vehicles,so that it can actively respond to the economic development needs of low-carbon environmental protection.As the core component of electric vehicles,the battery box's overall structure and functionality will directly affect the driving effect of electric vehicles.Based on this,the article studies the optimization of the battery box structure of pure electric vehicles.First,the role and design requirements of the battery box are described.Secondly,the establishment of a finite element model is used to simulate and analyze the battery box structure,and from the battery box material and thickness.Conduct experiments in order to promote the comprehensive application value of pure electric vehicle battery boxes.Hope to provide reference and reference for relevant researchers.
